RMI/ENSAR Built Environment, Seminars and Lectures
Being part of a nonprofit organization (Rocky Mountain Institute), the RMI/ENSAR Built Environment Team doesn't jealously guard its knowledge, but rather seeks to spread it as widely as possible.
Seminars and Workshops To meet individual clients' or conference needs, we design educational seminars on topics of environmentally responsible real estate and building. Builder-training workshops can also be provided. Outside experts are brought in as needed to cover specific areas of interest. Our team has conducted educational workshops for such clients as the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, National Parks Service, Colorado College, and One World College (Singapore)
Lectures Our staff travel widely to educate members of the real estate and other professions on green development. They have addressed such audiences as the U.S. Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, American Institute of Architects, American Planning Association, Environ Design/Interiors & Sources, and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum of Dubai. For a representative example, see Bill Browning's speech to the MIT Center for Real Estate.
